Responsibilities
Recording receipts, making bank deposits, and monitoring resident ledgers and reporting on accounts receivable weekly Managing rental arrears; preparing Termination Notices, Rent Increase Notices, and other notices in compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act Administering move‑in deposits and move‑out balances Maintaining all resident information in accordance with privacy rules and regulations Maintaining good resident relations; handling and documenting resident complaints and any emergencies in the building which occur during, over, and above office hours Issuing and delivering notices such as violation notice, Notice to End Tenancy, Notice to Enter, Notice of Renewals by an approved method of service Accounting for accounts payable invoices Ensuring resident satisfaction and service delivery through prompt service, ongoing communication and follow‑up (including administration of resident survey...
