Job Description
Rolls-Royce is seeking a Customer Support specialist based in Singapore. The role involves clarifying technical requirements for MTU and Detroit Engines, providing troubleshooting support, and supervising installation and commissioning of engines.
You will also conduct discussions and checks with relevant support groups, review service information and reports, supply diagnostics, and coordinate field work.
The successful candidate will support warranty claims evaluation and assist in diagnostics for various applications as needed.
