We are looking for a candidate who can build strong client relationships, drive service excellence, and ensure compliance, staff welfare, and continuous improvement.

Reporting to a Key Account Manager, you will lead the regional integrated facility service team (hard and soft FM) while ensuring commercial performance and service resilience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient and effective management of integrated facility operations, including planned and reactive maintenance, engineering systems, cleaning, and other soft services to required standards and SLAs
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with Defra stakeholders, acting as a trusted service partner
  • Lead the regional team in delivering and developing service solutions, identifying continuous improvement opportunities
