We are looking for an experienced facilities professional who will act as a key contract representative to the customer, managing client relationships, leading the regional integrated facilities team, and driving continuous improvement, compliance, service resilience and value for money.

The role is accountable to a Key Account Manager and holds full responsibility for regional service delivery and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of integrated hard and soft FM services across the regional Defra portfolio, ensuring all services meet required standards and SLAs
  • Manage planned, reactive and statutory maintenance of buildings, engineering systems and assets
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with Defra stakeholders and act as the primary regional point of contact
