Job Description
Private Healthcare provider is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager – NSW, who will oversee the strategic and operational management of the hospitals in NSW.
Commencing as a 12 month fixed term contract, this pivotal role involves ensuring the efficient operation of all physical aspects of our facilities, creating and maintaining safe, functional, and productive environments for all occupants. The role will also lead the planning, budgeting and execution of infrastructure projects including refurbishments, fit outs and facility upgrades.
You will collaborate across departments to ensure the facilities meet operational needs while aligning with long-term strategic development plans. This person will consult with various internal and external stakeholders including auditors and statutory authorities to ensure compliance obligations are met.
