As we expand into new markets and launch new financial products, we’re looking for a Regional Head of Compliance to build and lead a scalable, regulator‑ready compliance function that supports both growth and risk management.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high‑growth, build‑from‑zero environment — where you will shape frameworks, influence product decisions, and work directly with leadership, regulators, and banking partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance AML/CFT frameworks, KYB standards, and compliance policies aligned with MAS and regional regulations
• Establish a clear compliance governance model across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines
