Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deploy global and regional HR initiatives across multiple Asia markets.
- Manage core HR operations including recruitment support, onboarding, offboarding, payroll validation, and benefits administration.
- Drive regional talent processes, including employee engagement, learning & development, performance cycles, and compensation activities.
- Maintain accurate HR data, reports, and metrics to support decision‑making and compliance.
- Strengthen organizational culture, values, and stakeholder relationships across the region.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and country‑specific employment regulations while seeking continuous improvement.
