Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deploy global and regional HR initiatives across multiple Asia markets.
  • Manage core HR operations including recruitment support, onboarding, offboarding, payroll validation, and benefits administration.
  • Drive regional talent processes, including employee engagement, learning & development, performance cycles, and compensation activities.
  • Maintain accurate HR data, reports, and metrics to support decision‑making and compliance.
  • Strengthen organizational culture, values, and stakeholder relationships across the region.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and country‑specific employment regulations while seeking continuous improvement.
