The Nature Conservancy is searching for a Human Resources Generalist for Latin America to assist the HR teams in advancing people priorities across multiple countries. This role encompasses various HR functions including data management in Workday, stakeholder partnerships, recruitment support, and onboarding processes.
The ideal candidate holds at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience, with a strong command of Spanish and/or Portuguese, as well as advanced conversational English. A comprehensive benefits package, tailored to the individual countries where TNC operates, is offered.
