This strategic role focuses on guiding and supporting HR leaders in each subsidiary, setting regional HR strategies, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement. 
As a trusted advisor to regional and local business leaders , you will foster a culture of innovation, engagement, and high performance across the region. 
Key Responsibilities  Lead and mentor HR heads in APAC subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with regional and global HR strategies. 
Oversee regional HR initiatives and facilitate best practice sharing among local teams. 
Support HR heads in managing employee relations and navigating local labor laws.
