Role Summary:
Reporting to the Head of People Growth, the Regional Leadership Development Manager will implement leadership development programs at an European scale. In particular, they will manage delivery of training courses or programs, engaging, advising, and guiding learners across a dozen of subsidiaries and evaluating the achievement of intended learning outcomes. They will enhance the design and delivery of assessment programs to ensure career development standards are effective utilized across all European stakeholders. Lastly, they will also conduct learning needs analysis, track HR data analytics , trends and insights.
