Responsibilities
- Coordinate regional International Freight Forwarding (IFF) projects including implementation, new product launches, and development campaigns
- Ensure timely execution of monthly production processing across assigned locations
- Perform pre- and post-month-end validation checks to improve data accuracy and reporting quality
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain high standards of data integrity across systems and reporting platforms
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement process enhancements for import/export operations to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
- Support business analysis activities to drive growth for IFF operations in SSEA region
