Job Description

Reporting to the Divisional Sales Director, the Regional Manager is accountable for meeting sales targets, continuing to maximize all sales opportunities while facilitating exceptional client experiences that align with professional clinical standards within their designated region.

Success Criteria: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets for the region.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and coach the clinic teams to execute all company strategies effectively and serve as a role model for the mission of “Helping more people hear better.”
  • Prioritize team development through coaching, training, and performance development plans.
  • Conduct coaching of clinic staff, provide acknowledging and developmental feedback, build performance development plans, and follow up on milestones.
