Regional Product Specialist - Service Operations Functional area: Service

Location: Conchalí, Santiago Metropolitan Region, CL,   Girardota, Antioquia, CO, 51030 Lima, PE Mexico City, MX 
Role Mission Drive operational excellence across the NASA region by strengthening Service Agreements, workshops, and field service performance, ensuring alignment with global standards and supporting continuous improvement across Customer Centers. 
Key Responsibilities Support implementation and optimization of Service Agreements and workshop operations. 
Benchmark performance across regions to identify best practices and improvement opportunities 
Provide technical expertise in maintenance strategies, KPIs, planning, and scheduling. 
Review business cases and deliver technical and financial recommendations.
