Regional Program Manager, Cooling as a Service (Caas)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to drive the development and deployment of Cooling-as-a-Service (CaaS) solutions across Southeast Asia. This role will be responsible for building partner ecosystems, establishing operational frameworks, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient cooling solutions aligned with market needs. Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships to enable end-to-end delivery of CaaS solutions across Southeast Asia. Establish and standardize CaaS playbooks, processes, and training programs for both internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent execution based on industry best practices. Lead and manage CaaS engineering teams to ensure smooth, timely, and high-quality deployment of solutions.
