Performance Analysis & Reporting Prepare reports and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders on overall merchant performance, identifying key trends and growth opportunities. Help track key performance indicators (KPIs), merchant program adoption, and program success metrics across the region. Define and standardize the methodology/definition for key metrics, providing clear analytical direction for local merchant management teams to focus on. Strategy & Planning Diagnose merchant-related operational challenges (e.g. slow merchant preparation time) through data analysis and develop data-driven improvement plans. Collaborate with local and regional teams to design and implement effective incentive and penalty policies to improve merchant behavior and performance (e.g., reducing merchant-induced cancellation rates, improving product listing quality).
