Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare reports and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders on overall merchant performance, identifying key trends and growth opportunities.
- Help track key performance indicators (KPIs), merchant program adoption, and program success metrics across the region.
- Define and standardize the methodology/definition for key metrics, providing clear analytical direction for local merchant management teams to focus on.
Strategy & Planning
- Diagnose merchant-related operational challenges (e.g. slow merchant preparation time) through data analysis and develop data-driven improvement plans.
- Collaborate with local and regional teams to design and implement effective incentive and penalty policies to improve merchant behavior and performance (e.g., reducing merchant-induced cancellation rates, improving product listing quality...
