Allied Universal is currently seeking a Regional Recruiter to develop and execute all recruiting strategies and operations, within an assigned region, to ensure an ongoing pool of available and qualified candidates to meet the branch hiring needs.
**Position Overview:**
+ **This is a high volume entry level recruiter position. We had over 24k applicants in 2025.**
+ **Schedule typically is Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm with 8 paid holidays off.**
+ **This is not a remote/hybrid position. Expectation is 100% in-office with occasional travel to job fairs and community outreach events.**
