Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. May accept equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Previous experience in a Sales Manager or Regional Sales role, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple teams or locations
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive environment
- Familiarity with dealership networks, regional market trends, and customer preferences
