Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will lead the field management team of his/her assigned branches to expand the company's manpower and business. He/she will oversee the execution of agreed strategic and tactical action plans to ensure delivery of the objectives for the short to medium term.

Responsibilities

1. Branch planning and monitoring: Ensure that every NBO goes through a business review, goal-setting and action planning and progress monitoring that is aligned to company objectives & practices.

2. Manpower expansion: Drive initiatives that will enable the NBOs to achieve their manpower target. Initiatives shall include, but not limited to: BOFs, recruitment & selection clinics, activity monitoring, MC & UM appointment, ISO expansion.

3. Productivity improvement: Drive initiatives that will improve productivity of advisors (i.e. activity ratio, case count & case size, PLAN B qualification). Initiatives shall include, but not limited to: segmented ...
