Role Purpose
The Regional Senior Financial Systems Support Analyst is responsible for delivering expert production support for Finance Systems Applications across Chubb Insurance’s Latin America operations. This role ensures the stability, reliability, and optimal performance of finance systems, supporting business users and collaborating with IT and Finance teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Systems Production Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for production support of Chubb Finance Systems Applications in Latin America.
- Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents, data issues, and user queries with a focus on timely and effective resolution.
