The Springfield Group are recruiting for a highly motivated manager to support our safety, health, environmental and quality (SHEQ) group function. Reporting to our Group SHEQ Director, this full-time position can be based in either our Inverness or Elgin office.

About the Role

This role offers an excellent opportunity to engage with key internal stakeholders to ensure Group SHEQ policies, procedures and documentation are in place for all employees, sub-contractors and anyone else affected by our operations, including safe systems of work, and site-specific risk assessments, ensuring as a minimum best practice. You will be responsible for ensuring the company meets its statutory obligations in all areas of health, safety and welfare, providing competent information, guidance and advice as required.
