Regional Support Manager – Children’s Residential Services
Regional role (multi-site). Salary up to £60,000 per annum. Quarterly bonus. Full-time | Permanent. Immediate start available.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands‑on and strategic support to Registered Managers and staff teams.
- Deliver parachute support to homes requiring additional leadership or stability.
- Conduct audits, quality assurance checks, and action plans to drive improvement.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to managers and teams.
- Step in as interim leadership where services require additional support.
- Ensure all homes operate in line with Ofsted regulations and safeguarding standards.
- Identify risks early and implement effective service improvement strategies.
- Support the development of safe, therapeutic, and child‑centred environments.
