Responsibilities:

  • Application engineering support and consulting

  • Individual customer consulting and telephone sales, taking Value Selling tools into account

  • Customer-specific and technical correspondence with targeted implementation of Value Selling approaches

  • Customer campaigns to support sales activities

  • Systematic development of new business relationships through regional new customer acquisition in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager

  • Active participation in project teams as well as management of own projects aimed at increasing sales process efficiency and contributing to profitable growth

  • Support in new product development, product optimization, and private label projects

  • Customer visits as required

  • Handling of complaints related to product properties and applications...
