**_MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE_**

Coordinate the training and development activities for the sales area to enable the organization's sales force maximizing their sales potential.

**_MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES_**

• Responsible for coordinating the training and development activities, involving management development programs, potential and performance evaluation systems, administrative and commercial training programs, with the objective of capacitating employees and partners.
