We are currently seeking an experienced Class 2B+ Building Control Surveyor for an interim opportunity based in London. This is an initial 6-month contract, with a strong view to extension due to ongoing workload.
The Role
This is a hybrid role offering a balanced mix of site and home-based work:

3 days per week carrying out site inspections with the rest remote

Opportunity to move to full-time working depending on service needs
Key Responsibilities

Carrying out site inspections across a range of building types

Assessing compliance with Building Regulations

Plan checking and providing technical advice
