We are seeking a values-led Registered Manager (or Manager in Training) to lead a large, complex service. This role requires clear leadership, sound judgement and a consistent focus on quality and compliance. Based in our modern Barnstaple office, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards, supporting your team, and ensuring safe, effective care delivery at scale.
