Kent County Councils Adult Short Stay Services currently has an exciting and rare opportunity for a Registered Manager to join our team at Westbrook House Integrated Care Centre in Margate, on a 6 month fixed term contract.

We are looking for a motivated and professional person who is committed to working in integrated multi-agency teams, ready to embrace change and new ways of working. Our social care interventions are structured around the three pillars of excellent practice, exceptional innovation, and meaningful measures. Therefore, our work is orientated around building relationships with the individual, their families and carers. As a key part of KCC Adult Social Services core values, Adult Short Stay Services aim to provide enablement and support services to help people to return home and achieve the outcomes that are important to them following a period of illness or respite care.
