Domus are recruiting for a Registered Manager on behalf of a well-established care provider in Reading, Berkshire, to lead their residential service for adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism! 

Supported by an amazing leadership team, you will provide clear direction, management and supervision of a great staff team.


Our ideal candidate will be an experienced manager within the Health and Social Care sector, with a Level 5 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards.


Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:

  • Responsible for the management and supervision of staff to enable them to maximise their potential, through leadership, coaching, example, support and guidance.

  • Responsible for budget management.

  • Adhering to all CQC regulations and raising standards of care where necessary.
