WAGE RATE : $41.15 - $58.98
Reporting to the Manager Surgical Services, the role of the registered nurse includes promoting health and assessing, providing care, and treating health conditions through supportive, preventative, and therapeutic measures to adults and children during phase I and II recovery within the perianesthesia setting in Day Surgery and PACU.
SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Ontario College of Nurses registration or eligibility
- Minimum 2 years PACU and acute care nursing experience within the past 5 years
- Broad surgical experience required in all subspecialties
- Successful completion of Post Anaesthetic Course within the last 3 years
