Enhance client-centered recovery at CAMH as a full-time Registered Nurse in the Forensic Assessment Unit. Engage in assessments and care planning while collaborating across services.
CAMH is seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to focus on clients with mental health and addiction issues. You will provide psychiatric nursing care, conduct risk assessments, and liaise with community agencies for coordinated support. This role involves adherence to nursing standards, contributing to program development, and participating in educational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide recovery-oriented psychiatric and general nursing care
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and client monitoring
• Collaborate with community agencies for coordinated care
• Develop and implement risk management strategies
• Prepare ORB and Court documentation as required
