Description:

Pay range: $45/hr

Shift Requirements: Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm (typical hours)

Are 40 hours guaranteed: Yes

On Call Schedule: Yes -- One full week on a five week rotation

License Requirements: RN

Productivity Requirement: 30 Points

Mileage reimbursement: 0.43 per mile

Counties covered: Wicomico, Worcester and Somerset

Required Skills: Home Health, HCHB, OASIS

In addition to assessing the health of the people we serve and implementing their care plans, the Registered Nurse will ensure health maintenance and disease prevention and/or provide case management. Supervision of care plans and staff members may also be involved in daily work assignments.
