Job Description

  • Provide patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high quality of care.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of nursing experience
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, BLS/CPR certification, ACLS certification, and medical knowledge
  • Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure
  • Working Conditions: May require working nights, weekends, and holidays in a hospital or clinical setting
