Job Description
- Provide patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high quality of care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of nursing experience
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, BLS/CPR certification, ACLS certification, and medical knowledge
- Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure
- Working Conditions: May require working nights, weekends, and holidays in a hospital or clinical setting
