Job Overview
Interior Health is seeking an experienced Cardiac Services Nurse to provide nursing care to cardiac patients in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab at Kelowna General Hospital.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to cardiac patients to achieve and maintain optimal health, both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Enhance quality of life for patients and families; consult, confer, and collaborate with other health care providers.
- Demonstrate continuous improvement and evidence‑based practice in nursing practice.
- Maintain and advance own clinical competence.
- Participate on designated hospital committees/teams and approved research projects as assigned.
Schedule
Relief Part Time (0.64) opportunity until March 29, 2027 or until the return of the incumbent. Shift patterns include 07:00‑17:00, 08:00‑18:00, and 09:30‑19:30.
