Render comprehensive ethical and professional healthcare services to the residents. POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
- Qualified as a Registered Nurse
- Current registration with South African Nursing Council
- Previous Geriatric experience advantageous
- Computer literacy (MS Word & Excel)
- Sound Judgement & initiative
- Able to act independently and implement improvements
- Liaise between resident’s family, multidisciplinary
- Give direct supervision and guidance to team members
- Conflict Management
- Recognise and co-ordinate the functions of healthcare
- Caring and effective healthcare services to the residents - Safe, homely and secure environment
- Controlled medication
- Guidance to care personnel
- General Administration
