Job Description
Deliver exceptional nursing care as a Registered Nurse with supervisory responsibilities in long-term care. Ensure compliance with nursing standards and manage care plans effectively.
In this role, you will assist in assessing residents, facilitate liaising with physicians, and monitor health changes. Supervise nursing staff, orient new personnel, and assist in RAI MDS preparations while stepping in for the Director of Care when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing and care in accordance with standards
• Develop and review comprehensive resident care plans
• Supervise and train nursing personnel on proper techniques
• Manage facility operations in the Director's absence
• Prepare facility for RAI MDS assessments
Requirements:
• Valid certification from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Registration or eligibility with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario
• Preferred experience in managerial roles within long-term care...
