Key Responsibilities:
• Provide competent nursing and personal care based on CNO standards
• Implement evidence-informed decision-making and professional judgment
• Support safe admissions, transfers, and discharges accordingly
• Ensure accurate medication administration and documentation
• Respond to medical emergencies with promptness and expertise
