Join Hamilton Health Sciences as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) at the Satellite Health Facility. This role involves providing nursing care in a multidisciplinary team setting for low acuity patients and those needing transitional support.
As part of the Community & Population Health Program, the RPN collaborates closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
