Job Description
Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) – Temporary Part‑Time 15 hrs biweekly (6am‑2pm).
Location: Extendicare St. Catharines, St. Catharines.
Closing Date: Friday, May 29th, 2026 @ Noon.
Reporting to: Director of Care.
Qualifications
- Appropriate current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Experience dealing with the cognitively impaired.
- Comprehensive knowledge of nursing and health care practices.
- Knowledge in Infection Control Practices.
- Demonstrated commitment to working with seniors.
- Ability to work effectively individually and with others while prioritizing tasks.
- Ability to present information clearly and effectively verbally and in writing.
- Active listening with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to collect and use information to develop creative solutions and see the big picture.
