**Position:** Regulatory Affairs Manager
**Pay:** $105,000 – $125,000 annually
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional Saturdays based on production needs)
This role is responsible for leading regulatory compliance activities within a food manufacturing environment, ensuring products, labels, ingredients, and processes meet all applicable FDA, USDA, customer, and company requirements.
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Leading and managing regulatory compliance programs for existing and new products
+ Reviewing and approving nutrition facts panels, ingredient statements, allergen declarations, and product labels
+ Managing packaging artwork, label approvals, and marketing claims, including Organic, Non-GMO, and Gluten-Free certifications
