Regulatory Affairs Manager

Job Summary: The Regulatory Affairs Manager is responsible for Applications for Power Supply Agreement, including amendments, extensions and clarifications , tariff adjustment, and related regulatory filings for customer acquisitions before the ERC, and represents the company in hearings, conferences, and consultations. The position coordinates with the Customer Affairs Manager in the evaluation of new laws, rules, regulations, and policy issuances to assesses their impact on company operations and customer acquisitions. The Regulatory Affairs Manager provides regulatory advice and consultation with the retail supply team in achieving their department objectives.
