Regulatory Reporting Manager

About the role

We’re searching for an ambitious, innovative and data‑focused individual to help establish, develop, and run the day-to‑day activities of our Regulatory Reporting capabilities in Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and interpret the rules, regulations and guidance applicable to Regulatory Reporting for the Spanish Branch, and ensure ongoing compliance in the production of returns.
• Develop, implement and maintain the processes and controls required to document and evidence Monzo’s regulatory interpretations.
• Ensure that the processes and controls in place to produce returns are compliant with the applicable regulations, facilitating accurate, complete and timely reporting with appropriate governance.
• Work closely with engineers and data scientists to ensure efficient, accurate and timely data sourcing throughout production processes.
