Job Scope
- Manage the running and day-to-day operations
- Develop and market day care and rehab services and programmes (centre-based and home-based) to clients, in line with the company's strategic growth plans.
- Manage the care and support team to deliver the highest quality of community and home care
- Manage clients' healthcare needs assessment process, the implementation of care plan for clients and engage clients meaningfully and actively with suitable rehabilitative, maintenance, and dementia day care activities and programmes.
- Manage all enquiries, feedback, complaints and incidents in relation to the Centre operations.
- Coordinate, implement and monitor clinical and service quality performance indicators for continuous improvement.
- Identify prospective business partners, develop and sell services to acquire new clients through strategic planning and product positioning.
