Job Description

The Relationship Manager CASA is responsible for acquiring new customers, increasing CASA deposits, managing customer relationships, and driving cross-sales of banking products. The role focuses on business development, portfolio management, and delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new CASA customers through referrals, field visits, and market sourcing.
  • Generate and manage Current Account and Savings Account business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Cross-sell banking products such as FD, Insurance, Credit Cards, Loans, and Investment products.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets for CASA and cross-sales.
