Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
• Generate revenue through business sourced from leads generated by 4–5 assigned bank branches.
• Communicate and promote incentive programs to bank staff.
• Ensure sales completion by facilitating medical reports and prompt policy issuance.
• Develop new markets and business segments in line with company sales strategies.
• Build a strong customer base for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Maintain long-term relationships with bank staff and customers.

Eligibility Criteria:
• Age: 21–35 years
• Graduate / Post Graduate
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (Insurance industry preferred)
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong customer orientation and sales mindset
• High level of honesty and integrity
• Willingness to travel and undertake field work
