Job Description

Relationship Manager (Global India & Expat) In this role you will:
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of HNWI clients ensuring appropriate administrative support.
  • Provide full-service banking by marketing and delivering relevant HSBC products and services.
  • Grow portfolio profitability through targeted acquisition, deepening existing relationships and driving Net New Money and revenue across appropriate banking and wealth solutions.
  • Deepen existing relationships to grow AUM revenue and net new money (NNM) inflows.
  • Partner with the Platform Manager to clear pending items, improve quality and resolve issues.
  • Build trusted relationships by understanding cross-border needs and maintaining a strong client contact plan.
  • Manage end-to-end client journey: onboarding documentation, account maintenance, transaction support and query resolution, owning delivery and keeping turnaround times tight.
