Job Description

Main Responsibilities

- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients who need financial services and customized products to meet their financial needs and builds solid, profitable relationships with clients, with a focus on deposit acquisition, pricing, and sales development
- Execute strategies to meet individual revenue targets set by the Bank and maximise the Bank- profitability
- Prospect and generate new business by expanding the customer portfolio and enhancing existing relationships through identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-tiering, Conduct credit analysis and review credit proposals with persuasive and objective arguments
- Follow up with clients to complete loan administration work in the post credit monitoring process
- Perform routine account monitoring and maintain good credit quality
- Conduct regular KYC assessment on a timely basis and to ensure client onboarding activity is complied with the AML policy and procedures
