Job Description :
- Marketing credit products to potential debtors
- Analyze, ensure prospective debtors match the target market and can be processed further.
- Make a Credit Proposal.
- Carry out the credit process in accordance with the specified corridors and SLA.
- Manage existing debtors and develop referrals from existing debtors
- Evaluate debtor quality conditions (credit portfolio, business, collateral), including monitoring aging of arrears.
- Carry out billing (desk collection and visits) for credit installments.
- Create and carry out follow-up plans for problem debtors.
Qualifications :
- Minimum S1 graduate from various disciplines
- Have a minimum of 2 years work experience in the SME or commercial banking marketing sector
- Have a wide network
- Having good communication skills
