Job Description
- Conduct customer profitability analysis and formulate account strategies in collaboration with product specialists for both existing and prospective clients. Implement account plans, including cross-selling initiatives or exit strategies where appropriate.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on all inquiries related to credit, deposits, and other banking products and services, including operational matters.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers such as CEOs, CFOs, Heads of Treasury, and Heads of HR.
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential prospects, engaging through various communication channels and visits, and ensuring compliance with Know-Your-Customer (KYC) requirements and due diligence during onboarding.
