The Relationship Support Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality client support to Institutional and Business Banking (IBB) customers while participating in the planning and delivery of client solutions across the full range of IBB products. This role serves as a key contact point for clients, helping across a broad range of banking services and supporting Relationship Managers in maintaining and growing client relationships. The specialist ensures that client interactions are handled efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with Westpac’s service standards.
