This role is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the flow of work across multiple Agile teams supporting the Network AI and Agentic Transformation. Key responsibilities include facilitating large-scale planning and execution routines, managing dependencies and risks across teams, maintaining visibility into delivery health and progress, and enabling the effective advancement of deliverables, epics, and stories in an Agile manner. This role helps ensure that teams remain aligned to shared priorities, target outcomes, and delivery commitments while improving predictability, transparency, and execution discipline across the broader body of work. The individual in this role serves as a senior facilitator and coach, driving collaboration across teams and stakeholders, helping resolve systemic impediments, and promoting continuous improvement in ways of working across the transformation.
